BitMuse offers a free 30-day trial with full functionality. We encourage you to use the trial to evaluate the Software before purchasing. No payment information is required to start the trial.
2. Refund Window
If you purchased a license and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. No questions asked.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@bitmuse.app with your order number or the email address used for the purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
4. Refund Processing
All payments and refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our Merchant of Record. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
5. After a Refund
Once a refund is issued, your license key will be deactivated. You may continue to use the free trial if the trial period has not expired, or you may purchase a new license at any time.
